OUR MISSION
is an ever evolving ecosystem built on three pillars
Your Health. Our Movement.
We are on a mission to help women improve their health through knowledge sharing and community support. We are bridging the gap in women’s wellness as knowledge brokers, cultivating body literacy to empower women with genuine bodily agency. By working with the current healthcare infrastructure that has historically underserved women, we are building a future where women feel fully in control of their health and supported every step of the way.
This community is a response to the current imbalance in equitable representation in healthcare, and it is our collective voice that can inspire change. Together, we can demand a future where every woman feels healthier because we laid the groundwork to bridge a gap that affects us every single day in every aspect of our lives. Until then, we'll work together to take charge of our wellness. This reclamation of our health will not only bring awareness to our systemic under representation in medical research but catalyst change that will leave a powerful legacy for generations of women to come.

FAQ
Why is there a gap in women's wellness?
Historically, much of medical research has been based on male physiology, which has led to significant gaps in understanding women’s health. Factors like hormone fluctuations and reproductive health have been understudied, leaving women underserved in areas like menstrual health, hormonal balance, and chronic conditions. To The Moon is dedicated to bridging this gap by creating a space for knowledge, resources, and support specifically tailored to women’s unique health needs.
